I have done everything, including the assessment. Even if it says I didn't, I have the email as proof that I did it. The ball is in your court, and if I hear nothing and walk in to a replacement, I walk right back out, period.
And if that was really the only reason I didn't get it before, despite not knowing it existed, then that either means, you knew from the beginning you were going to screw me and had to come up with something believable, and/or you knew there was NO reason it shouldn't have been mine to begin with.
