I had considered finding somewhere else to PT but there aren't many gyms I can easily access since I don't drive. The commute is my biggest issue.

I have had sports massages for my shoulder injury but it's so old it needs a lot of work, but for my knees, the only thing I can really do is just take part in the classes less which I don't always like doing.

Fortunately I took Monday off work. The extra day off really helped me and it was definitely what I needed, but I imagine after a while I'll still be feeling burnt out again until we get more staff.
There have been times when, for my mental health and purely because I just needed a break, I have taken an extra day off work and it has helped me immensely.
