Thank you both for your responses.

I ended up waiting too long on the other job and it was taken. Ironically, by a gym member I speak to frequently. I've never told her I was considering a change of job, it was just a coincidence. At least I know she'll do well in the role.

I had considered finding somewhere else to PT but there aren't many gyms I can easily access since I don't drive. The commute is my biggest issue.

I have had sports massages for my shoulder injury but it's so old it needs a lot of work, but for my knees, the only thing I can really do is just take part in the classes less which I don't always like doing.

Fortunately I took Monday off work. The extra day off really helped me and it was definitely what I needed, but I imagine after a while I'll still be feeling burnt out again until we get more staff.
