27th January is Chocolate Cake Day.
Do you have a favourite type of chocolate cake? Do you know any recipes?
I love baking beetroot brownie - it's one of my favourite recipes. It consists mostly of chocolate and cooked beetroot, plus a bit of standard ingredients like flour, eggs and sugar  What do you think of it?
