Hello,
I am so sorry that you are having a hard time with this right now and I hope that you will be okay soon. When we have a friend who is having a hard time with this it can be hard to help them out. You can always listen when they are talking about this or why they are upset and having a hard time. Talking and listening are always good to do because you are able to see why they are going through a hard time and when we are listening to them talk, they have that support that you care about them and that is a lovely feeling to have. You said they have a support team and that is also great, you can also see if they would like to come over to your house and watch a movie or play a game when they are having a hard time or they are upset. When they get the feeling to to this, they can try doing something to help them so they are not thinking about this, going for a walk around the house or reading a book for a while or drawing or painting or writing or listening to music or watching funny movies or TV shows or playing a game or something else that they enjoy doing and hopefully this will help them. I hope everything will be okay soon.
