[Mindfulness.]

I am just so tired emotionally, mentally and physically because of where I work. Today was just one of those days were I felt like everything went wrong. Staff talk behind your back but not addressing the issue to your face, co-workers not caring how the day went and no support from management.
I've tried so many times to seek elsewhere to work but maybe I'm just being too picky.
I'm just done with everything at the moment.
