Back into isolation... -

I went for lunch yesterday with two of my best friends, and this morning one of them has told me he might have covid and is booking a test for later today. If he does, I'll be back in isolation for another 10 days.
I've already isolated for almost three weeks in the last two months as it is. I know it's for the right reasons, and I'm not angry at the situation, but it is draining and is going to send my anxiety rocketing again. It also means I now can't work for the next 10 days, and I've only been in this job for two weeks so I feel awful. I work with vulnerable people though, so I have no choice. It's just annoying to be back here
