I hope your jab goes well! I've had my first dose of Pfizer and other than a tiny bit of pain around where the needle went in I had no symptoms. I know some people who have had a completely dead arm and some people who had a fever and aches and pains for 24-48 hours afterwards, but all of them said it was worth it for the immunity.  Good luck with yours!
