That 'one' co-worker - July 27th 2021, 10:34 PM

This is more of a general question than anything personal. Have you ever had that 'one' co-worker that's typical of something no other co-workers do? It can be their behaviour or something else.

For example, I have a co-worker who's due to leave today. He signed up to be a PT at the gym and then about 3-4 weeks ago he told me he's 'leaving in 3 weeks'. Naturally I told the manager because I was annoyed with his behaviour. Since everyone now knows he's leaving, his behaviour has worsened whenever he's on shift. He hides in the basement for around 15 minutes, up to an hour. He barely cleans, if at all. He doesn't bother doing any cleaning checks or makes sure any cleaning stations for gym members are stocked up. He's also quite weird and creepy towards females. Needless to say for me he's that 'one' co-worker I'll certainly never forget.
