Life-long night owl turned vampire here and I work second shift. So, I get up around 2:20 pm , work 3:15-9, eat dinner between 9:30 and 10 and then do whatever until I go to bed between 4 and 5 am. If I'm off the next day, I'll sleep until between 3 and 5 pm and go to bed whenever. I'm able to adjust within reason for appointments or if I make plans with someone, but I don't remember the last time I woke up before noon.
