Hello Dez,
When going to this, it can be hard because you feel like you don't know what is going to happen. If you have a pillow or blanket that you always use, you can bring them with you, to help you so that you can go to sleep. If you need to use the bathroom, you just let them know and they will come in to let you go. I have this article on this, if you would like to read it when you have time, it may help you out and feel better. https://www.uclahealth.org/sleepcent...-a-sleep-study I have never been, if I was going to go, I would have my favorite pajamas on, my pillow and pink blanket with me and maybe a stuffed animal to help me to relax. When you go try to ask as many questions as you can to help you to feel better. Also if you are scared to talk to them, write them down and try asking them when you go.
