If I recall, you've been into fitness and the gym. You enjoy going and were even considering working towards being a personal trainer. Is this not something you could pursue? Even if you don't want to be a PT anymore, it would perhaps give you some direction, and an insight into the human body wouldn't go amiss. It would open many doors into many fields of work. Not just at the gym, but in the medical field as well.
