Hey Ariel,

It's good that you have a diagnosis and I hope that you are able to get the right support.

It must be difficult being diagnosed with D.I.D, especially if it's an uncommon diagnosis, and it's understandable that you'd want to talk to others with a diagnosis of D.I.D. I'm not sure how many people here have that same diagnosis (though many people here may dissociate, just not necessarily to the extent of D.I.D) but maybe you can try looking for other online support groups specifically for people with D.I.D? Or maybe support groups in your area?

Hope this helps a bit!
