Angels & Demons

An unstoppable force versus an immovable object.
A classic battle as old as time itself.
The sharpest sword against the strongest shield,
The unchanging Demon clashing with the eternally hopeful Angel.
The Demon hates music, but the Angel will never stop singing.
The Angel fears conflict, yet the Demon can't stop starting wars.
No rest, no sleep, even in our dreams the Demon and Angel, always at eachother's throats.
Yet always together.
They cannot seperate, or leave,
but never can they come to an agreement.
The Angel adores society whilst the Demon burns entires cities to the ground.
The Demon loathes life itself whilst the Angel continuously and desperately creates it in front of them.
The ice melts and becomes the ocean, which evaporates into the rain which falls, and freezes again into ice,
over and over and over again.
An endless loop,
and endless battle, never stopping, never faltering.
Always at war, despite their surrender.
The clash of two worlds who wish to preserve one another in harmony but will never be the same, will never have the same ideals.
The two sides of a magnet. Freezing nuclear winters and burning, scorching wildfires.
Angels and Demons
they will never think the same.
