For example, I have missed a month of my period due to personal life issues or even due to exam stress and stuff like that in the past, although I also have a very regular cycle like you.

I'm assuming that you are asking this question because you might have had sexual intercourse recently and are wondering if you might be pregnant as a result. You have already done two pregnancy tests and they seem to indicate that you aren't pregnant. If you want to be certain though, you could go to a pharmacy and get another test (perhaps a different brand from the ones you've used, for validation purposes) or you could visit a doctor to allay all doubts.
