I got my BA (Hons) in Psychology straight out of high school. Followed by a post-grad certificate in Addictions Counselling. I've now been out of formal/university level education for almost 10 years and will be going back to get my Master's in Counselling Psychology in January 2022!

Graduating from university during the recession made it feel like I needed to work right away, I wouldn't have qualified for much in terms of student loans, etc at the time so I didn't have much choice. I've now been in the healthcare field for 8 years and feel more prepared than ever to finally go back to school and get my MA and become a psychotherapist.
