Yes, that reminds me of the apps they use on those HGTV shows! I actually tried to recreate a hypothetical do-over of my childhood home I discussed with a relative a few years back. It was tough because I don't actually have the app itself, but I managed to improvise with different features of Powerpoint. 
There is no right or wrong way to be creative.
