Wow, that cheese place in Sardinia sounds cool! I've heard of Snowdonia - they seem to make really great cheeses. I think the Italians are incredible with their cheese - I remember having this cannoli with cheese made by an Italian dessert stall in Belfast (the people who made it are from Italy and experts at their craft) - it was heaven.

I think personally my favourite cheese would be feta! Fresh feta goes so well in pasta and salads.

I've also recently discovered a new combo - honey and cheese on toast. It might sound strange but the flavour combo is perfect.
