I don't make New Year's resolutions. I tend to just make small goals to keep me on track.
1. Maintain exercise and diet.
2. Assign myself one simple task to complete per day (to help me feel productive).
3. Work on some new class routines for when I return to the gym.
4. Improve my online business.
