I found them! Ladurée Macarons. Wow just WOW! (Thanks to Maman who got me the website!)

So if you saw how much those macarons cost, then you'll have the motivation to make thems!

Ladurée's Hot Chocolate http://www.parislovespastry.com/2010...chocolate.html

Last year Maman took us to Ladurée in Paris in the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. We sat at a round table spread with a crisply ironed damask tablecloth and there we had a gloriously memorable time eating pastries. Though they had their own specialty teas, some came from Mariage Frères or Dammann Frères, but for Julie and I it was the greatest spread of Ladurée's pastries and those amazing macarons that were the most memorable.

If when covid has finally gone, maybe one day you can visit Paris and go to Ladurée. (And they frown at demins!)
