umm like 5 years free I don't count the time I did it in a traumatic situation. So I think its been like 5 years. I do not do any more so yeah many eyars ago. I am 28 ad feel I shouldn't be doing it especially since im older so yeah I do not do it consciously any more. Just pop my as needed benzo instead.
