I would write out what you want to say on a Word Document. If you feel comfortable enough, perhaps you can share it with the assistant manager or receive feedback from other users on your blog. I find if I write something, it helps me and it definitely helps to have a print-out copy in front of me during the meeting. I notice that if I don't, everything I want to say vanishes from my mind and the whole thing is kind of a waste.
