A quick scroll through your feed, and I'm glad I unfollowed you. Dad or not, we disagree on pretty much everything and I don't need to be constantly reminded. You can't respectfully disagree or debate either, so it's best to just avoid it completely for now.
I am forever a rescuer, so it makes me sad that things are still the same for you and not really better. I know triggers are a thing, but it sounded like you were working through a lot and I had hoped you'd actually get some peace.
