I think so. My orthodontist sold some but I have seen them at supermarkets, drug stores and pharmacies. People without braces can use interdental toothbrushes instead of flossing as they are small enough to fit in between the teeth. Though there are different sizes, so you might want to ask your dentist or just buy a few different sizes and see which is a better fit for you. Not sure if there are ones specific for braces so that's worth looking into as well.
