I have found an inspiring text in Spanish today.


Autolesionarse no es una moda, la anorexia no es una fase, la depresion no es solo tristeza, ser homosexual no es una decision, ninguna violacion esta justificada y el suicidio no es resultado de cobardia.


Which translates roughly to...


Self-harm is not a fad, anorexia is not a phase, depression is not simply sadness, being homosexual is not a decision, no violation is justified and suicide is not a result of cowardice.
