I would like to start off with congratulations on getting in, that's amazing. When you have made it that is a great feeling to have. When you are not sure how to pay for this, that is hard and you are thinking about all kinds of things and I am so sorry that you are feeling like that. I'm also so sorry that when you called them they didn't know a lot and we're not able to help you out a lot. Can you try calling again and finding someone else to talk with, a person who is head of the financial department and ask if you are able to talk with them and see if they can help you out with this. You can tell them what happened when you called before and tell them that you need help and are not sure what to do.
