thank you a lot for your input. i also got your PM and i am glad people like you exist. i've had a bad day and found out a friend tried to kill himself last night so i didn't exactly try to stay sober either, but thank you so much for all the support from you, i've been really needing it.

so as of today i am 2 days sober off of benzos but sadly 0 days of opioids.
