It's not that I forget she's 90, it's that I'm out of patience, this is NOT A good idea, and age isn't an excuse!
I care when you leave because for whatever reason, I can't make appointments when you're home! So, I need you to leave before I can call these people and they aren't open all day. At least I can handle calling them, period
