It is very unlikely. The at home tests are supposed to be about 99% accurate. So, there is room for you to get a false positive or something but I don't think it's something that happens all that often. If you were to get a positive you could take another one to be certain. I know most at home pregnancy kits usually come with more than one test. The brand I use has the option of five tests in a kit.
