Yes, I've gained a TON of weight since you saw me last, but I've also survived the most traumatic experience of my life on every level with pervasive consequences that will last DECADES. Survive what I have and you can judge how I did it. The fact that I'm alive to have gained the weight in the first place is a miracle and I owe you NOTHING. I will not defend this.
