I'm sorry that you are going through this. But there is no way that she is pregnant. Like said above the only way is for you to ejaculate inside of her, and since you didn't do that, she isn't pregnant.
I do not know what these symptoms could be, but she wouldn't be showing any signs right now even if she was. If you guys are really worried then I would suggest buying the test. Use it two weeks after the time you had sexual relations.
