Thursday: I have between three and four hours before I get super sleepy, let's make the most of it. I want to:
- Write.
- Continue to manage food appropriately.
(linebreak)
Friday:
- Continue to maintain healthy eating habits, and drink more water.
- Write at least 100 words, I guess it's better than nothing.
- Don't drink any alcohol at the event tonight, I think being sober helps me eat healthy.
