Hey everyone, so I kinda think I have an addiction of watching porn a bit too much, now that its summer holidays, I tend to watch more often.. And I kinda think I should probably stop it, I've made an attempt but I always end up in the same place. I feel like its going to affect me in the real world sooner or later, I've become so anxious while going around society and stuff like that.. yeah.
So how do I break free from this addiction...?
