curtains and blinds -

Blinds shut,
Curtains closed,
Rooms dark,
Trying to be something,
Somebody in the mad crazy world,
Trying to find herself
Lost in it all,
Constantly being told 'do something be something'
But how can you be something if your not?
Blinds open,
Curtains open,
Looking out at the same dark dull world,
be something, be somebody, do something,
Thats what they all shout,
But how can be something or somebody
When the worlds broken you down
And you've lost the damn fucking plot?
How can you be something your not?
