When you were explaining what happens at school and around people there, I actually go through pretty much the exact same thing. I have people that I guess think are my friends but I don't think they even like me that much. My mood can suddenly change as well when someone says something that can get to me the slightest bit. I often try to ignore this but I think it's great you're reaching out for help.
I understand when you say you don't want to tell anyone meaning parents/family/friends, etc.? Maybe you should talk to someone here on
TH (I'm available if you'd like to talk about this.. or anything else really) about it because we really do understand what it's like. You are more than welcome to come talk to us if you can't tell anyone else what's going on. That's all I have to say about this, sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
