[Supermyrt]

So my parents always gossip about me to my sister and her husband. Everytime they come over ( or we go to them) the make fun of me and say hurtfull things. They say them while i'm not there but close enough to hear them.
Today they came over again. We were having a barbecue and everything was going fine. I had to go to the toilet and when i got back i heard them say that i left because i was angry about something and they lied. They laughed at me knowing i was nearby and could hear them. They said i was childish and acting stupid again. And that they wished i was normal instead of being me ( they want me to be perfect and i'm never goud enough)But they always do things like that. They lie and they know that i get upset if they talk about me behind my back.
So i left and went to my room ( without eating), they laughed again because i got upset.
Know i'm sittinn here in my room, i'm really hungry but i can't go down because then my parents will give me a lecture. They always do that. They say i need to grow up, that i need to stop being stupid and annoying. And some other stuff.
I just don't know what to do.
It's bad enough being ridiculed at school , know the same thing is happening at home and i can't handel it. I'm never good enough and they always criticize me . And always make everything about them. I can't say anything to them because they will say i'm lying,overreacting, that they have it worse.
I just want to be respected but i'm not😕
