UPDATE:
Hi everyone, I wanted to thank you all again for your responses. I got my period on Monday last week and it has come and gone like normal.
I am making an appointment with my doctor to get on birth control pills so I can regulate my cycle a little more and so I don't wind up stressing myself out so much.
