Oh. My. Word. It is not that freaking challenging. You put your used feminine products IN the gosh darn garbage can. You don't leave them stuck to the toilet paper dispenser or on the floor, unwrapped.  *gag*  How hard is it really? Seriously. For the past week at this hockey rink, they have been left out.
