The chances of you being pregnant are slim. However, i would wait until your first real missed period. Which usually occurs a month "after" you had gotten pregnant. You wouldn't be able to tell on your own without having a missed period or until you are a couple months pregnant and begin to show symptoms.

If its been just 10 days since you and your boyfriend had sex, i wouldn't give it much thought yet. Its still far to early to know anything. Just wait about a month from the time you had sex and if you still havent had a period, take a test. I recommend taking one about 35-40 days from the time you had sex. Usually that is long enough for it to show up on a test.

Also note that blood work from the hospital will determine much quicker than a test from home. Its rare that hospitals do blood work unless given reason too. They usually also do a urine test which is like the ones you take at home.
