I'm on Leave but I'm still a Community Mentor with Moderating positions. My moderating abilities don't go away with a black name. Especially since where it says "Staff on Leave" would usually just say "Community Mentor" and not have any mention of being a moderator anyway.  Oh, and you're still at zero.
