It is great that you have your therapist and use her as an outlet but I also do understand how hard it is to open up about things like this. Do you think that it would help to communicate through writing, such as by showing her journal entries or by writing her letters? That way you get out what you want to say without nerves or interruptions getting in the way and you are able to discuss it from there.
