If this is the way you get through the world, I feel sorry for you. At least I have neurology as my excuse and I still manage to be nice to people; you're just an a**

Statements like that are the reason stigma exists. I hope you're proud of yourself.

There are two things I don't understand about this: Since everyone is trained the same way, you know what ito feels like to be treated like that, and as professionals in that field, you know what that can do to a person. So, when did it change for you because you were like me once. And, WHY is the whole profession like that when every single one of you knows better?! "That's the way it is; if you don't like it, you can quit. WHY is it that way? I want to know!
