I think that having someone special on the front is very sweet and thoughtful, so in terms of going back and getting another one, I don't think you do. He shouldn't mind if he is into the relationship and it is simple but probably means a lot more than having boyfriend on the front would. If you are happy with it, then that's all that matters. I'm sure he will love it.
