I'm not surprised you are feeling anxious if you are being bullied and it makes me sad to read that. I am, however, glad that your guidance counsellor is taking it seriously and I hope that something is done when the vice principal reads the incident report.

Do you see the guidance counsellor regularly, or was this a one-off? I think it would definitely be beneficial for you to continue to speak with her about how you are feeling. You have already identified one reason for your anxiety, but there may be others. Getting to the root causes of the anxiety and addressing those can help lessen the anxious feelings. You could also discuss why it is you have the urge to cut yourself.

Ellie gave some great suggestions about coping mechanisms for when you are feeling anxious.
