When you're watching a video about best friends and then you think to yourself, 'I don't do any of that with my best friend...'

Then you remember that your 'best friend' moved miles away from home to move in with their boyfriend and never tells you.

Then you realise that you've never had a friend who you get to spend a bunch of time with, or share all your personal things with, or stay over at their house for the night with, or go out places with.

Then you realise you probably never had a best friend to begin with.

Then you start feeling miserable.

Sigh.
