I'm sorry I haven't been the greatest friend, but my eyes are wide open and I'm here now to help you and to get back to the relationship we had before. I'm going to keep in touch now and make more effort. I should have realised the barriers I've tried so hard to keep up need to come down now because not everyone is the same and we're grown up now.
