Thank you all for your responses. I talked to both my therapist and my psychiatrist. They didn't formally diagnose me but they did acknowledge I have some disordered behaviors and thinking when it comes to eating and recommended seeing a nutritionist. I'm in the process of attempting to make an appointment.
