I found that it doesn't do what I want yes it might take my mind off the emotional pain for a little but as the physical pain goes away the mental comes back and then I have scars that remind me of why I was hurting in the first place so I found that its easier and better to not do it at all I channel that pain in to weighting and I got to say it works a lot better and if I want I can burn the paper or cut the paper (the pain) and I don't hurt myself but I hurt the pain get it? or if I want to come back to it I can keep it and revisit it as I like or I post it for others to see maybe give them something to relate to and not feel so alone
