Part of me likes the idea of this program and part of me thinks you're exploiting and taking advantage of them. They don't even get a degree and you're charging them so much more than their typical peers, forcing participation and asking somewhat intrusive questions on the application although I can almost see the need for them... Unless you can prove that this seriously benefits them in terms of development, independence/life skills, or employability, I'm not sure I can support it.
