Do you have a counselor or therapist you could talk to. Some people can have really great coping skills but still have anxiety.
Maybe it would help you to take a low dose of an antidepressant/anxiety medication or the therapist could help you discuss recent events so you can find the root cause of your anxiety hopefully and learn how to cope with it directly.
